These terms apply to the official published artist catalog and its read-only API on Meysvm.com.

Reading and indexing the catalog

The public catalog provides access to published artist records for viewing, search indexing and linking to the original records. Attribute the source to Meysvm.com when citing the catalog. Public access does not transfer copyright.

Artwork and media rights

Artwork, photographs, videos and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights holders and any licenses explicitly attached to individual works. No new Creative Commons license or public-domain dedication is granted by the catalog. Access to the API or ownership of an NFT does not itself grant reproduction, adaptation, redistribution or commercial-use rights in creative media.

These catalog terms do not replace or restrict any license already granted for an individual work. Refer to the original work’s record and rights holder for its applicable terms.
